Great Place to Work® has been surveying over 100 million employees worldwide since 1992, gaining deep insights into what makes a workplace truly exceptional. In 2022, they launched the inaugural UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, recognising organisations that excel in providing exceptional support for employee well-being across all levels. We are honoured to have made the list.
Assessing wellbeing at work
To determine the UK's Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing, Great Place to Work® analysed thousands of team member surveys, evaluating their holistic experiences of well-being at work. These surveys asked participants to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfillment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. The assessment also considered the consistency of wellbeing support across departments and seniority levels.
